The rates above are valid until April 3rd, 2023. You may still RSVP after this date however all pricing and availability is subject to change and therefore it is important that you apply your deposit to secure your spot!
The remaining balance is due October 13th, 2023. We will send you another form to fill out and submit two weeks prior this date.

CHANGE POLICIES:
•A $100 service fee will be charged by LUXE Destination Events for each change made after final payment.
•Name changes are permitted until final payment due date.
•Any booking changes requested will be subject to availability and the travel supplier’s service fees.
•No changes can be made 3 weeks prior to departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
After deposits have been received and confirmed:
•Cancellations made by October 11th, 2023 will result in the loss of deposits.
•Cancellations made October 11th, 2023 or later are 100% non-refundable.
