We would like to inform you that by provision of the government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, an increase in the Environmental Sanitation Tax applicable to all tourists will come into force, starting on January 15th, 2023. The new rate set by the local authorities will be $72.63 Mexican pesos per room per night, approximately $3.72 USD according to the daily exchange rate. The income from this tax will be used to contribute to the preservation of the destination, cleaning and protection of public areas available for the enjoyment of vacationers.
The rates above are valid until February 10th, 2023. You may still RSVP after this date however all pricing and availability is subject to change and therefore it is important that you apply your deposit to secure your spot!
The remaining balance is due February 28th, 2023. We will send you another form to fill out and submit two weeks prior this date.

CHANGE POLICIES:
- A $100 service fee will be charged by LUXE Destination Events for each change made after final payment.
•Name changes are permitted until final payment due date.
•Any booking changes requested will be subject to availability and the travel supplier’s service fees.
•No changes can be made 3 weeks prior to departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
After deposits have been received and confirmed:
•Cancellations made by February 28th, 2023 will result in the loss of deposits.
•Cancellations made February 28th, 2023 or later are 100% non-refundable.
