$250 CDN deposit per person is required at time of booking, and is due no later than May 30th, 2023. Please click on “book now” to submit your deposit and confirm your attendance.
Final payment is due no later than January 8th, 2024.
All payments are 100% nonrefundable and non-transferable.
Any changes made after final payment will incur a LUXE change fee of $100 plus any additional change fees by the tour supplier and hotel.
No changes are permitted within 4 weeks (30 days) prior to the group’s departure date.
