CHANGE POLICIES:
•A $100 service fee will be charged by LUXE Destination Events for each change made after final payment.
•Name changes are permitted until final payment due date.
•Any booking changes requested will be subject to availability and the travel supplier’s service fees.
•No changes can be made 3 weeks prior to departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
After deposits have been received and confirmed:
•Cancellations made by November 1st, 2023 will result in the loss of deposits.
•Cancellations made November 1st, 2023 or later are 100% non-refundable.

We can offer you the following Coverage Plans through Manulife. Please review the following information and I can most definitely make myself free for a call to review the insurance information.
The price of insurance through Manulife is calculated based on three factors: your date of birth, the price of your travel package and the length of time you are travelling.
Based on these factors, the insurance options price as follows:
PREMIUM PROTECTION PLAN (Highly recommended) – per person
- Coverage includes cancel for any reason, out of country emergency medical coverage, cancellation, interruption, baggage loss and delay, flight delay, trip accident and more.
ALL INCLUSIVE COVERAGE – $ per person
- Coverage includes out of country emergency medical coverage, cancellation, interruption, baggage loss and delay, flight delay, trip accident and more.
YOUTH ALL-INCLUSIVE – (For Guest under the age of 30 price based on child rate) $ depending on the total cost of trip
- Coverage includes out of country emergency medical coverage, cancellation, interruption, baggage loss and delay, flight delay, trip accident and more for clients that are 29 years or under.
NON-MEDICAL INCLUSIVE COVERAGE – $ per person
- Coverage includes cancellation, interruption, baggage loss and delay, flight delay, trip accident and more.
TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE – $
- Coverage includes only cancellation and interruption.
GLOBAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL UNDER AGE 60 COVERAGE – $
- Coverage includes only out of country emergency medical.
You will see that the Trip Cancellation coverage prices higher than the Non-Medical Option. The insurance is bundled by the provider to give you more bang for your buck (similar to for example, your phone/cable service).
Please note, you are NOT eligible for coverage if:
- a) you have been advised by a physician not to travel; and/or
- b) you have been diagnosed with a terminal illness with less than 6 months to live; and/or
- c) you have a kidney condition requiring dialysis; and/or
- d) you have used home oxygen during the 12 months prior to the date of application.
- e) Pricing is subject to change based on the province you reside in.
