Any changes made after final payment will incur a LUXE change fee of $100 plus any additional change fees by the tour supplier and hotel.
No changes are permitted within 4 weeks (30 days) prior to the group’s departure date.

Transportation details –
** When you arrive in destination, have cleared customs and collected your baggage, please head toward the Exit, and just outside of the Exit, look for the NEXUS TOURS Representative(s). They will be wearing very bright orange shirts and tan pants. The Nexus staff will direct you to your transfer vehicle.
We do also highly recommend reconfirming your return transfer time with the Nexus staff on site at the resort approximately 24 hours prior to coming home. Their local contact information may also be found on the vouchers or with the front desk staff of the resort.
