Prices are in CAD Dollars, include all taxes and are based on double occupancy. The all-inclusive packages include round trip flights from Ottawa, airport transfers, hotel accommodations in a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi, all meals, beverages, and activities.

The remaining balance is due January 19th, 2024. We will send you another form to fill out and submit two weeks prior this date.

CHANGE POLICIES:
•A $100 service fee will be charged by LUXE Destination Events for each change made after final payment.
•Name changes are permitted until final payment due date.
•Any booking changes requested will be subject to availability and the travel supplier’s service fees.
•No changes can be made 3 weeks prior to departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
After deposits have been received and confirmed:
•Cancellations made by January 19th, 2024 will result in the loss of deposits.
•Cancellations made January 19th, 2024 or later are 100% non-refundable.
