CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation made on or before July 8th,2024, will result in loss of deposit and deposits are non transferrable.
Cancellations made on or after July 9th, 2024, are 100% non refundable.
Any special requests (ie bed configuration, room location) are not guaranteed and subject to availability at time of check in.
Any changes made after final payment will incur a minimum LUXE change fee of $100 USD plus any additional fees charged by the tour supplier and hotel.
No changes are permitted within 30 days of the group’s departure date.
FLIGHTS & AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Flights and Airport Transfers are NOT included in your reservation. For assistance with flights and Airport Transfers, please reach out to your Travel Account Manager who will be happy assist.
Transfers can not be booked within 5 business days of departure. Visa and Mastercard are the only forms of payment accepted.
