CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Any changes made after final payment will incur a LUXE change fee of $100 USD plus any additional change fees by the tour supplier and hotel. No changes are permitted within 4 weeks (30 days) of the group’s departure date.
FLIGHTS & AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Flights and Airport Transfers are NOT included in your reservation. For assistance with flights and Airport Transfers, please reach out to your Travel Account Manager who will be happy assist.
Transfers can not be booked within 5 business days of departure. Visa and Mastercard are the only forms of payment accepted.
