CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation made on or before February 7th, 2024, will result in loss of deposit and deposits are non transferrable.
Cancellations made on or after February 8th, 2024, are 100% non refundable.
Any special requests (ie bed configuration, room location) are not guaranteed and subject to availability at time of check in.
Any changes made after final payment will incur a minimum LUXE change fee of $100 CAD plus any additional fees charged by the tour supplier and hotel.
No changes are permitted within 30 days of the group’s departure date.
