CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is requested up to June 4th, 2024, deposit amount is non-refundable, and non-transferable**
If cancellation is requested on June 5th, 2024, or later, reservation is 100% non refundable.
Any changes made after final payment will incur a LUXE change fee of $100 CAD plus any additional change fees by the tour supplier and hotel.
No changes are permitted within 30 days of the group’s departure date.
